Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Purpose and Scope of Application
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, “Terms and Conditions”) regulate the access to, browsing, and use of the Shale24.com website (hereinafter, the “Website”), as well as the responsibilities arising from the use of its content. “Content” shall be understood to include texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions, and information, as well as any other creation protected under national laws and international treaties regarding intellectual and industrial property.
1.2. Access to or mere use of the Website by the user (hereinafter, the “User”) shall be deemed to imply the User’s full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of accessing the Website.
1.3. Through the Website, Shale24 may enable third parties to advertise or provide their services. In such cases, Shale24 shall not be responsible for establishing the general and specific conditions applicable to the use, provision, or contracting of such third-party services.
2. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
2.1. Shale24 owns the intellectual and industrial property rights over the Website, and also holds ownership or the corresponding license over the intellectual, industrial, and image rights related to the content made available through the Website.
2.2. Under no circumstances shall it be understood that access to or browsing by the User implies a waiver, transfer, license, or complete or partial assignment of such rights by Shale24.
2.3. It is expressly prohibited to remove, evade, or tamper with any copyright notice or any other identification data of Shale24’s rights or those of the respective rights holders incorporated into the content.
3. Use of the Website and User Responsibility
3.1. If registration is required to use and/or contract a service (hereinafter, the “Registered User”), the User shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. The User is responsible for the proper safeguarding and confidentiality of any identifier and/or password provided by Shale24.
3.2. The User agrees to immediately notify Shale24 of any circumstance that may allow the improper use of their identifiers and/or passwords.
3.3. 3.4. Shale24 reserves the right to immediately terminate the Registered User’s account if it considers that the User is engaging in any activity that constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Exclusion of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
4.1. Shale24 does not guarantee permanent availability or unrestricted access by the User to the Website or to the services offered therein. Shale24 undertakes to take all reasonable and necessary measures to ensure proper operation, access, and use of the Website and its services. Shale24 shall not be liable for the unavailability of the Website and services due solely to causes not attributable to Shale24.
4.2. Through these Terms and Conditions, Shale24 makes available to the User the necessary information regarding the products and services it offers and their conditions (if applicable). The User acknowledges that access to the Website and its contents is provided as is at any given time. Shale24 shall not accept or respond to any claims related to the content, updates, or connectivity of the Website.
4.3. Shale24 shall make its best effort in good faith and using all means available to ensure access to the service contracted or used by the User. However, Shale24 shall not be responsible for technical network connection failures that may damage equipment, prevent connection, or partially or totally limit the User’s access to the Website.

In such cases, Users are advised to review the privacy policies of said sites. Shale24 exercises no control over such sites or content. The inclusion of these external links does not imply any association or participation with the linked entities.
6.2. Links from Other Websites to Shale24.com: Any third party wishing to establish a link to the Website must comply with the conditions set by Shale24 in order to avoid framing, full reproduction of the Website, or any false statements regarding authorization of the link.
7. Suspension and Termination of Services
7.1. Shale24 may suspend indefinitely and/or terminate the provision of the Services and Content offered on the Website at any time, without such suspension and/or termination granting Users any right to judicial or extrajudicial claims for damages. If a contract has been executed with a third party, such suspension and/or termination shall be governed by the contract terms agreed with the third party. Likewise, Shale24 is authorized to restrict, suspend, and/or prohibit access to the Website for those Users who act in contradiction to the Terms and Conditions herein.
8. Duration and Modification
8.1. Shale24 may modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, by publishing any changes on the Website. The validity of these Terms and Conditions shall coincide with the period during which they are displayed.
9. Jurisdiction
9.1. The relationship between Shale24 and the User shall be governed by the laws in force in the Argentine Republic.
9.2. In cases where the applicable regulations allow the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, Shale24 and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them, agree to submit to the National Commercial Courts seated in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
